Alloy 20 Pipe, Fittings, Flanges, & Fasteners

Alloy 20 pipe, valves,  fittings, and fasteners are an iron-based, austenitic alloy.  It includes a combination of nickel, iron, and chromium with additions of molybdenum and copper. Alloy 20 pipe, valves,  fittings, and fasteners has great resistance to pitting and corrosion from chemicals containing sulfuric, nitric, and phosphoric acids.  Common applications include, but are not limited to: chemical processing, chemical storage, food processing, and pharmaceutical equipment.  Alloy 20 pipe, valves,  fittings, and fasteners are also suitable for welding and fabrication.  Additional niobium in Alloy 20 pipe, valves,  fittings, and fasteners provides for stabilization in the construction of piping, tanks, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.   However, per ASME specification, Alloy 20 pipe, valves,  fittings, and fasteners are limited to a maximum temperature of 1000°F.
